Terms and Conditions

1. Payment must be made at the time of booking the session.

2. Communication by email is also available for animal communication & aromatherapy sessions and healing.

3. No refund is given once a session has been booked.

4. Change of mind does not allow you to cancel an appointment.

5. If you cannot make your telephone or remote session a refund will not be given but we will reschedule a new appointment if more than 24 hours notice is given.

6. If Kathy or Colin are unwell and unable to make the telephone  or remote session you will be notified and a new time will be rescheduled.  A refund will be given if we cannot arrange a suitable time to reschedule.

7. Price is subject to change at any time without notice.

8. Information forms and photo of your animal must be supplied before your session is conducted. Failure to do so will result in the session not going ahead.

9. Holistic Ark animal treats and a aromatherapy essential oil products are only shipped within Australia due to the cost of international postage and Australian export & international import regulations. 

10. Feedback is limited to what is included in each session. Anything extra is chargeable at our discretion.

Gift Certificates

Terms and Conditions

•  Gift certificates are valid only for all A.C.R  (Animal Communication and Reiki Healing) and aromatherapy sessions and essentials oil products and can be redeemed against all these services at Holistic Ark.

•  Gift certificates are valid for 2 years from date of issue.

•  Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

 
•  Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry.

•  If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

Our treat range is not designed as a meal replacement. It is to be given as a treat to your animals no more than twice a day and limited to 1 -2 of the treats each time.
