Holistic Ark is a trading company under Learning Transfer Pty Ltd.  Holistic Ark acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and manage your personal information (Personal Information) in the course of our business. Holistic Ark  is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

You are not obligated to provide your Personal Information to us, however, if you do not provide us with the Personal Information we require, or where Personal Information provided is inaccurate or irrelevant, we may not be able to engage with you or may be limited in our ability to engage with you and provide you access to our services.

Collection of your Personal Information

Personal Information

Personal Information is information or an opinion about an identified, or reasonably identifiable, individual.

Holistic Ark engages with various individuals, including but not limited to customers and visitors of the Website. During the provision of Holistic Ark services, the types of information that Holistic Ark collects will depend on the service requested by you. Holistic Ark may use advertising cookies to collect anonymous data, including visitor demographics and interests, as part of our implementation of the following Google Analytics Advertising Features: Remarketing with Google Analytics, DoubleClick Platform integrations and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. We and our third party vendors, such as Google, use first party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) or other first party identifiers, and third party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third party identifiers together to optimise and serve advertisements to you across the internet on the Google Display Network to analyse your interaction with advertisements.

Holistic Ark stores and holds Personal Information electronically and/or in hard copy.
